
A therapeutic-minded class that emphasizes precise alignment and structural integrity, drawing from Katonah yoga's metaphorical approach to understand the body's architecture and yoga therapy principles for healing. Through mindful attention to form and function, students will build strength, stability, and awareness while addressing individual needs and imbalances.
Each class is structured around a physical and anatomical theme that we explore for 2-3 weeks: alignment, mobility, stability and release of spine, back, hips, shoulders, necks and main articulations.
