LIVE CLASSES, SERIES & EVENTS:
1. Registration and Payment
Payment for yoga classes (drop-in), class series, and events must be made in full at registration.
Your spot in the class (drop-in), class series, or events is only confirmed once payment is received.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the class (drop-in), class series, or event starts for a refund minus credit card fees and a 25% administration fee.
No refunds will be issued within 48 hours before the class, series, or event starts.
Tickets for class (drop-in), class series, or event can be transferred to another person. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to find a replacement.
Missed classes within the series are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to another series or any special event.
Some events, classes, and series may have unique refund policies due to special circumstances or collaborations; please see this in the specific event or class description.
Retreats have unique terms and conditions (please see the retreat contract).

3. Changes to Schedule
Hélène Roy Yoga LLC reserves the right to change the class schedule, including cancellations, with notice provided as soon as possible.
In the event of a cancellation by Hélène Roy Yoga LLC, Hélène Roy, and her representatives, a full refund or credit towards a future class (drop-in), class series or event will be offered.
4. Health and Safety
By registering for a class (drop-in), a class series, or any event hosted by Hélène Roy Yoga LLC, Hélène Roy, and her representatives, you confirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate in the yoga classes.
You are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, illnesses, or conditions that may affect your participation.
Hélène Roy Yoga LLC, Hélène Roy, and her representatives are not liable for any injury or health issues that arise during or after participation in the class series.
5. Code of Conduct
Hélène Roy Yoga LLC, Hélène Roy, and her representatives strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all participants.
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from a class, a class series or any event without a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided, including but not limited to instructional materials, videos, and handouts, is the intellectual property of Hélène Roy Yoga LLC and is provided for your personal use only. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of class content is prohibited.
7. Privacy of Information
Hélène Roy Yoga LLC is committed to protecting your privacy.
We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number to register you for our classes and communicate with you about events and updates.
We will not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.
