A dynamic practice that combines creative, flowing movement with structured sequences, building both strength and flexibility through mindful transitions. Students will explore the balance between disciplined form and expressive freedom, cultivating both physical skill and deeper awareness in their practice.
Each class is structured around a physical and anatomical theme that we explore for 2-3 weeks.
Classes may also include a selection and combination of the following elements in reverence to the holistic nature of yoga:

Pranayama Practice
Guided Meditation
Open Level: Welcoming to students with some yoga experience, from those building their foundation to experienced practitioners. The class includes foundational poses with options to explore more challenging variations. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout, allowing each student to work at their own pace and skill level. Previous yoga experience is preferable, as this class is not designed for true beginners.
What to Expect:
A short introductory talk on the session's theme
A guided vinyasa flow movement practice with emphasis on breath and movement coordination
Personalized guidance, modifications, and hands-on adjustments
